Privacy policy

Ergamo connects job seekers and companies. We only process the data needed for that, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we keep

Account details (name, email), the profile you fill in (experience, skills, salary, city), files you upload (CV, video CV, photo), applications, messages and plan details. From identity verification we keep only the method and the date, never a copy of the document.

Who can see it

A public profile is visible to everyone. A private profile is visible only to companies you apply to. Contact details and CVs are shown only to companies with an active plan. On the talent map we only show your city, and only if you choose to appear.

Artificial intelligence

The match score is calculated from skills, experience, location, salary and languages. It never uses age, gender, nationality, photo or name. It is guidance: a person always makes the decision. AI features use Claude by Anthropic as a data processor.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies: sign-in, language and display theme. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your rights

In Settings you can download all your data or delete your account. For anything else: info@ergamo.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. Job applications are deleted 24 months after the job closes.
