Plans

Job seeker profiles and company accounts are monthly plans. The first month is free. Plans renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time in Settings, taking effect at the end of the period. During the beta everything is free.

Jobs

Every job must be a real position, state a salary and never ask candidates for money. Jobs that break these terms are removed.

Ratings

Ratings can only be left after a real interview or hire, must be truthful and free of insults. The person rated has the right to reply and to report.

Liability

Ergamo puts job seekers and companies in touch. It is not an employer or an employment agency and does not guarantee a hire.
